When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates. What should I do?
It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update its system. If you still see no updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
Check around your property, with neighbors, and your mailbox or front office. If you still can't find it within 48 hours, email us at contact@borbat.shop with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order has not shipped yet.
